A Season of Prayer

God teaches me things by repetition. He must think I need to learn to pray fervently because I am so burdened right now.

  • My sister-in-law is extremely ill
  • One of my dearest friends lost her father this week
  • A prostituted woman is working 2 blocks away
  • My son is revealing to me some major flaws in my character

There is more to each of these than I have a right to reveal. Much prayer is needed. Sigh. Oh Lord, teach me to pray.
