It’s for sale. My husband’s grandma is selling the cabin at the lake.
We helped empty and clean, and we couldn’t help but have fun too. If only we lived closer, we would buy it.
So many memories are alive in this cabin. It is hard to say goodbye.

Wow, I wish we lived close enough to purchase - the cabin/lake are just beautiful. I am sure it is hard to say goodbye because it looks like your family built a lot of memories there and the kids will remember this last swim forever.
My husband has so many strong memories of his childhood from this cabin. He is letting go gracefully. When we got home Wednesday, we played some games after watching fireworks. He said, “Our home feels like the cabin. I’ve felt it before.” This is good.

Bittersweet… I can see in the surface why, and I could just imagine all the memories created there.
